3. Service Booking and Confirmation

3.1 Quotations

  • Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue
  • Final charges may vary if actual volume, distance, or requirements differ from the estimate
  • Quotations do not constitute a binding contract until confirmed by both parties

3.2 Booking Confirmation

  • Services are confirmed upon receipt of booking deposit or signed agreement
  • Booking confirmation will be sent via email or WhatsApp
  • Client must provide accurate information regarding property details, access, and inventory
  • Any changes to booking details must be communicated immediately

3.3 Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled Moving Date
  • Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the quoted amount
  • Same-day cancellations forfeit the full deposit
  • Rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours in advance
  • Rescheduling may be subject to availability and additional charges

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Payment Methods

We accept payment via:

  • Cash
  • Credit/Debit cards
  • Bank transfer
  • Online payment gateways

4.2 Payment Schedule

  • A deposit of 20-50% may be required upon booking confirmation

5.2 Preparation

Clients are responsible for:

  • Emptying and defrosting refrigerators and freezers
  • Draining water from washing machines and hoses
  • Removing items from drawers if requested
  • Securing parking and elevator access
  • Being present or arranging representation during the move

5.3 Prohibited Items

We do not transport:

  • Hazardous materials (flammable, explosive, toxic substances)
  • Illegal items or contraband
  • Perishable food items
  • Live plants or animals
  • Cash, jewelry, or items of extraordinary value
  • Items requiring special licenses or permits

6. Our Responsibilities and Limitations

6.1 Professional Standards

6.2 Limitations of Liability

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control
  • We are not liable for damage to buildings, walls, or floors resulting from oversized items or difficult access
