  • “Services” refers to the moving, packing, and related services provided by King Movers Dubai.

3. Scope of Services

King Movers Dubai offers professional moving services, including:

  • Packing and unpacking of goods
  • Furniture disassembly and reassembly
  • Loading and unloading of belongings
  • Local and international relocation services

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at our discretion. If a service is unavailable, we will notify you as soon as possible.

4. Booking and Confirmation

  • Booking Process: To initiate moving services, you must complete the booking process either through our website, by phone, or email. A confirmation will be sent once your booking is accepted.
  • Confirmation: A final confirmation will include the scheduled date and time, services requested, and the agreed-upon pricing.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Presence at Pickup and Delivery: You must be present during the pickup and delivery of your items to ensure the correct handling of your belongings.
  • Accurate Information: You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding the pickup and delivery address, contact details, and any special requirements.
  • Preparation: You must ensure that your items are properly packed and accessible for moving. Any items requiring special handling should be communicated prior to the move.
  • Prohibited Items: We do not transport hazardous materials, flammable substances, explosives, or items that pose a risk to safety. A full list of prohibited items is available upon request.

6. Pricing and Payment

  • Pricing: Our prices are based on the type of services you require, the size of the move, and the distance involved. A detailed estimate will be provided before confirming the booking.
  • Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of the services unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers.
  • Cancellation and Rescheduling: If you cancel or reschedule your move, you must notify us at least 48 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled date will incur a fee.

7. Liability

  • Damaged Goods: While we take every precaution to ensure the safety of your belongings, King Movers Dubai is not liable for any damage to goods caused by factors beyond our control, such as improper packing or unforeseen circumstances during transit.
  • Insurance: We recommend that you purchase additional insurance coverage for high-value items. Basic insurance coverage is included, but additional protection may be required for certain items.

8. Disputes and Claims

If any dispute arises regarding the services rendered, you must notify us in writing within 48 hours of the service completion. We will attempt to resolve the dispute in a fair and timely manner.

9. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy. Your personal and payment information will be used only to provide the services you’ve requested and will not be shared with any third parties, except as necessary to fulfill the moving service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Dubai, UAE. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Dubai.

11. Third-Party Services

King Movers Dubai may engage third-party vendors for certain aspects of the service, such as transportation. These third parties are subject to their own terms of service, which we will make available to you upon request.

12. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the updated terms will be effective as of the date they are posted.
